Cook for Delegate

​I'm Chuck Cook, and I'm running for Delegate in District 33B - Anne Arundel County

​

I grew up in a single-income working class family, and my parents worked hard to get into the middle class. But, a strong work ethic, alone, didn't get them there. Policy choices made by elected officials did. In the past 40 years, we've made the choice to side with big corporations over small businesses, workers, and their families. Now, most of us are living paycheck-to-paycheck on two incomes, while single-income families are nearly unheard of. 

 

I want to represent you in the General Assembly because I believe in the dignity of hard work and want to honor workers, small business owners, and their families in central Anne Arundel County. From Davidsonville to Crofton; from Crownsville to Herald Harbor, and everywhere in between, parents are getting up every day to go into work, put food on the tables for their families, and they deserve a Delegate that will work to make housing, food, energy, and transportation more affordable and accessible. Working families and small business owners make this county, state, and country possible, and it's far past time we had a Delegate that valued them and what they do, every day.
